Almost finished with the Linux book

I've spent most of the past week finishing up the Accidental Administrator Linux Server book.  Now, I'm just waiting for my proof copy which should arrive shortly, then it will be available on Amazon.  Finally!  The next book will be the Customer Service for I.T. Pros book.  It's almost done.
